Asking for Sponsoring

Today I send an email to Conrad asking them for sponsoring.
The email:
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are a team of 6 Art & Technology students at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede. For our current study project - Fusion of Art & Technology - we are going to program an interactive installation to promote the city of Enschede to its visitors. There will be an exhibition of this installation in the city centre of Enschede, which takes place from 9th to 11th July 2019. To realise this project, we would like to ask you for your help.
Our idea is to create eight interactive letters - E - N - S - C - H - E - D - E - inspired by the famous Amsterdam letters. Unlike the letters in Amsterdam, our letters will be interactive, each of them representing another highlight of Enschede.
To create our interaction with the letters via sensors and actuators, we need several hardware parts, a list of which you can find in the attachment. We would like to ask you if you could sponsor our project with one or several of these parts. In return, we will advertise Conrad as one of our official sponsors on social media throughout the entire course of the project and on our installation on all three exhibition days, with approximately 8,000 people passing by each day.
If you are interested in collaborating with us or have any further questions about our project, please contact us anytime. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Dzhulia Bogdanova & The Letter Team
I also send them a hardware list with the things we would like them to sponsor us with. I hope that they will like our concept idea and will agree to sponsor us with at least half of the things on the list.
