Looking for materials

Bertus & HEMA

On Thursday Julia, Marije and I went to Bertus Workel to negotiate a possible sponsorship agreement and check out if they have all the materials we need.

During scrum meeting on Thursday, we made a list with all the things that we might be able to find at Betus Workel:

• Metal marble

• Paper glue

• Transparent paper

• Coloured paper

• Plastic sheets

• White board markers

• Copper wires

• Pearls

• Neon paint

• Black acrylic paint

• Small magnet

• Straw

Unfortunately, the store manager was not there (we were told to return tomorrow) and we decided to not buy anything yet since we wanted to wait until we knew if we would get sponsored.

We found all the items on the list except the marble, the plastic sheets, the pearls, the magnet and the straw. We will have to buy these at a different store.

Today Marije and I went to Bertus Workel again to talk to the manager of the store and ask him for sponsorship. Unfortunatelly he told us that they do not sponsor projects like ours. That is why we decided to look for other shops where we can find the materials for a lower price.

On my way home I stopped by HEMA to look for the materials we need. I did not find the things I needed, so we probably will have to buy them from Bertus Workel.
