Week 1: Creating Project Ideas

Now that I have finally found my team, I want to come up with a concept as fast as possible - after all, we only have time until the end of this week. It is always great to brainstorm with the team but I have decided to also come up with some ideas that are completely free from the influence of others and bring them to tomorrow's team session. Perhaps, based on these ideas, my team can come up with even greater concepts. Plus, I want to make sure that I contribute from day one.

My ideas so far are these:

• Dutch vs. Deutsch: Dutch and German people have to compete against each other in fun games. The message is that Enschede is a nice city by the border and the emphasis on the friendship of both nationalities.

• AR/VR in the city. You can explore different modes in the city. E.g. one mode could be Disney mode, the other one could be the Down Under from Stranger Things.

• Mission Possible: Two teams have to sabotage each other’s missions in the city because they think that the other team is bad.

• Recommendation Map: On an interactive map in Enschede, by-passers can indicate their favourite shops/locations and what to do there. By this, the map grows from locals’ hints. (hidden gems

• Where to find what: This also works with an interactive map. A random object has to be localised and entered into the map.
