Week 1: Making the scrum board

We made an online scrum board in the first scrum lesson with Yvens. We had to think of tasks that we had to do in the first sprint of this project. After this we had to give them a value of how difficult or how long it would take to do this task. And After we did all that we had to assign people to each task. If you get assigned to a task you ether have to do it or make sure that it gets done if it turns out you don’t have time.
