Week 2: Improving the Customer Journey

Today I invested a few minutes to improve the customer journey and make it visually more pleasing. I changed the design of the table and created a graphic in Adobe Illustrator for the customer experience curve, because I really did not like the traffic light design that I had used earlier. Here is the result:

Now it is ready to be used in the Design Document.
