As a last appointment for today, we met with our team coach Remco for the first time. Due to a lack of space in the building, we went to the rooftop area and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
Remco gave us some advice for the team work, including - again - to keep the blog updated and to plan things out in advance. Especially his advice to have a timeline for the entire project is really helpful and we should use such a timeline. Remco also said that tasks that we can already tackle now should be completed as soon as possible, to avoid stress in the long run. He also said that we can always ask him for guidance if there are problems in the team, because he does not really like the yellow and red card system. As an example, he also named a student dropping out in the middle of the project and the other team members having to redistribute the tasks. But also if you are a sole team member who has some problems in life or with the project, you can approach Remco. We are really happy to have him as a team coach because he is super approachable, relaxed and one of the few teachers who always show a positive attitude. His opinion is that a project should be enjoyable, while of course we should also attempt to pass it.
