Week 3: Presentation demo

As the end of sprint 1 we made the presentation to our product owner in order to show our progress and receive feedback.

The first suggestion of the product owner was to look for the efficiency of stickers part of the promotion strategy, maybe posters, flyers, etc... could work better.

In addition to that for the promotion strategy in instagram they ask us why would anyone follow us before we have anything built, so maybe we approach that like an smartphone unveil.

Another suggestion was to know more about our target group, their interests. So we are going to create a survey to check if the topics we choose are appealing to them or if we miss one that we did not think of. One potential problem is people standing in the middle of the installation while other ones are taking pics, it is one of the problems for most of the monuments in the world. A way to soften the problem is to separate the QR codes from pedestal so people do not stand that long in front of it.

Finally as a reminder we have to keep in mind that maybe the jury is happy with the final result but we have to also think about the grading form.
