Week 5: meeting with Remco

Friday 7 june

Today we had a meeting with Remco. First of all he wanted to know how we are doing. We are a little bit stressful, for the rest it’s fine. We had a peer review and that was very helpful! We have a good group and we have fun. Sometimes is it difficult for us to make a decision. We all have different meanings. That's fine, but often no decision is made. There’s no good structure in the meetings. If we want to discuss something, we changed a lot from subjects. The structure should be defended more strongly. The scrum meetings are to long. We should not do other tasks behind the scrum meeting. Maybe we could use a timer, 1 hour max. Address the person who Julia see no progress on. Marijke was worried that she doesn't do enough. She can help other group members, if they need some help. Marije is easily distracted, so someone needs to keep her on track. We also decided on a logo!
