Today was our sprint planning meeting. After the last sprint, we decided to try not to have very long sprint planning meetings (the planning for the last sprint took us 4h.) This time we tried to stay focused on one topic at the time and be focus on the planning only.

The next two weeks are going to be very busy. We have 53 tasks, that we will have to finish until the end of the sprint.

Today we had the same problem as before - the division of the tasks was not equal. After we realized this we tried to fix the issue. Julia had way too many tasks, and Nina agreed to take over some of the tasks from her. Now Julia needs to focus on the website, so she can finish it on time.

Dzhulia, Marije, and Nina are going to build the letters and paint them. And Dzhulia is going to work on the design and the decoration of the letters.

During the meeting, we also decided to keep looking for sponsors, because our installation costs a lot of money and finding sponsors will make things much easier for us.

Feedback:

While we were planning the Sprint, we had the chance to talk to Remco and discuss our progress.

He was very happy that we started building the pedestal and that we have all the materials needed for bulding the letters. We talked to Remco about the attachment of the letters to the pedestal. We want to make the letters detachable because if the letters are on the pedestal while transporing the installation to the location, we might break the letters.

Remco suggested to use bolts for attaching/ dettaching the letters to the pedestal. We agreed to talk to our building teachers before making a final decision, because they might have a different suggestion that might be better for our installation.
