Week 7

Monday and Tuesday we decided to focus on our redo for web, so Alex and Julia did the DEMO. The only thing I did in these days is post the first thing about the contest on social media. We want people to guess the topics of the letters (events, nature etc.) and the first one who got it correct wins a little discount at the Broodbode.

Wednesday Today we did the scrum planning for the new sprint and luckily it was way faster than last time, it lasted 4 hours last time due to different things, so we decided to set a timer today. Now it took a bit longer than an hour, so we were happy. We decided that I will be in charge of social media because I already did a lot for it and the others are busy with programming. I'm happy with this, I like doing it and I have more tasks to do, so that's nice. Because I still felt that I didn't do enough.

The sad thing is that nobody joined the contest on social media yet, probably because most followers are friends of us and don't live in Enschede so they can't do anything with the price. So we are going to fix payed promotion tomorrow and hope that's going to work.

Thursday Alex and I went to the client to update them about our idea and the changes we made, the rest is building the letters. I had the impression that the client wasn't super enthusiastic, but they already talked to a lot of the groups so maybe they were a bit tired. But they said that it was nice that the installation will be big, it will be an eyecatcher. They also liked the QR code idea because it's an easy and userfriendly way of giving information. One thing they said was that we should think about how people will know the topics of the letters before they scan the QR code and we still don't really know the answer to this so we'll discuss about it later.

Friday

Today the builders are still busy so the rest, including me, are doing their own tasks. I mailed two shirt stores with a sponsor request because we would like to wear t-shirts with our logo and our name during the exposition days. I also mailed five sticker stores for a sponsor request because we could use stickers as advertisement before and during the exposition days. After that Alex and I went shopping, we bought fabric for the S and some paint and brushes. We also have a winner on instagram! Someone guessed the right meaning of the first E so I posted the next one, the N. In the weekend and next week I'll make a coupon to give to the winner and I'll design a flyer that we can hand out for advertisement.
