Week 1

On Monday we started with the kick-off of project FAT. It sounds really fun and I'm excited to start. Mark told us we will speeddate on Tuesday to find your team and you'll need to find a partner in crime this day. I teamed up with Nina. We are both designers, so we will need to find technical people.

The next day we did the speeddating, I thought it will be much more organized, but after a while we found Julia and Dzhulia (technie and designer). We talked and decided that we will be a team. Then we found Alex and Marije who were the technical people we were still looking for. So we have a team now!

On Wednesday the pressure cooking begins, we need to have a concept at the end of this week. So we have two brainstorm sessions, starting with our scrum teacher. We had a big paper where we wrote the topics we would like to work with. The teacher talked with us about the topics But because he went a bit too deep on each topic, we talked about more ideas on the lunch break after the lesson. We came up with the letter idea, inspired by the IAmsterdam letters. We want to make 'Enschede' with big letters and make them interactive. We talked with Herman about it and he liked the idea and we discussed about it a bit more and decided that this will be our concept! I'm happy we found a concept that we are all happy about. We also created a scrumboard, a google drive map and a blog in these lessons. We decided that we will do some tasks in the weekend. The designers will think about logo ideas, how the letters will look like, so I did do that. I found it quite hard to think of logo's, I still don't completely 'believe' in my skills. But I tried to come up with ideas and a created a few in Illustrator.
