This Monday we have our second demo where we can show our process. I didn't talk about the 3D model/Zephyr because it is not finished yet. What I talked about, with Nina, was the survey and I also talked about the responsibility like changing drinking to doing because of the kids and the music. We still need to think about that, because I think it's not allowed to play any music on the streets, because of the possible nuisance and the artists that made the music. We got quite a bit of feedback on the survey, we probably need to make a new one because we didn't have the right questions to get the information we need.
After the demo Nina and I went to Hubo to ask if they want to sponsor the wood for the letters. And the owner said yes! So Tuesday I sent a mail to him with all the information.
Tuesday we got feedback from Herman and Margit, Herman helped me a bit with the thing I made in zephyr, the 3D visualisation of the Broodbode. After that lesson we did the new sprint planning, which lasted a bit longer than expected. But we needed to discuss a lot of things about the last sprint, new sprint and the division of tasks. The building will start this sprint but only Dzhulia and Marije will work on that so they have a lot more points. I joined the social media team to compensate my low amount of points.
In the afternoon we finally made pictures of the team and each individual. Someone from Link made the pictures and I edited them afterwards.
Wednesday we talked with Johannes about the database and the new survey we are going to make. After this lesson we did an escape room! This was very fun and good for the teambuilding. And... we escaped in time! I really liked this activity and think we should do more things that aren't related to the project.
Thursday I call to check if he's still ok with sponsoring and if he read the mail. The good news is that he still want to sponsor us, but the bad news is that we can't pick up the wood today; he will have it on next Wednesday. So we needed to change our planning a bit, because we wanted to start on Friday.
I started with my social media task, make our first letters with designs of the ENSCHEDE letters to add to the individual pictures that we will start uploading today.. We choose to use only the designs of nature and events so we don't reveal all of the designs. I really like doing this task!
Friday we had a meeting with Remco where each of us could tell the positive things and improvements about this project. We agreed on a lot, like making decisions should go faster and of course that we have a good and fun team :) I talked again about being worried that I don't have as many tasks/points as the others (I already told this to my team on Tuesday).
This weekend I wil l finish the letters so we can keep posting everyday.
